  11. I was wondering if there were any C/C++ compilers out there that were 
  12. free of charge.  I know of djgpp (GNU gcc for dos), but is there one that 
  13. will allow me to compile a windows program?

  15. I have a DOS compiler but am looking for an inexpensive C/C++ compiler 
  16. for Windows.
